Issued to and signed on the accompanying transfer document by Sammy Cahn. Sammy Cahn was an American songwriter and musician best known for his work on films and Broadway. Cahn also experienced success with his stand alone songs as well as his collaborative work with Frank Sinatra while both were signed to Capital Records. Cahn won an Academy Award four times for his movie songs including his hit “Three Coins in the Fountain” that appeared in the film of the same name.
