Signed at bottom right as President by GEORGE W. PULLMAN (1831-1897). Industrialist; Inventor. Pullman's Palace Car company was organized in 1867 after public acceptance of his "Pioneer" sleeping car. Guided by Pullman's business acumen, the company grew to become the greatest railroad car construction company in the world. Punch cancelled over the entire bond, Pullman's signature is unaffected.
