Top center engraving of a locomotive and passenger cars stopped at a depot. Lightly punch cancelled, including two through the signature. It is in very fine condition overall.

Incorporated in 1883, The Colorado Midland Railroad was the first standard gauge railroad built over the Continental Divide. The line ran from Colorado Springs to Leadville and through the divide at Hagerman Pass to Aspen and Grand Junction, Colorado.
